School photos are tomorrow, no code was received, the phone number is not connected, no reply to email and the school has no details. Absolutely disgusting!

My school photos were taken by the same company last year and they turned out great however, this year, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of my school photos especially as they are my year 12 ones. The photographer was very friendly but failed to notify me of my messy hair and did not ask me to fix my shirt therefore I looked very messy and caught off guard. Disappointing.

Can only pay online now and they charge a fee to do so.. Its only a small but its not right when that the only way you can pay. Photos are getting worse every year, one year, my child had chocolate on their face, could someone not have told them or edited it out! I dont know how this company keeps getting the contract from schools. For professionals, I expect better photos for the price and quicker turn around.

I will love to give these people ZERO STARS if I could.I don't understand, why schools only have these people as their photographer option.They first charge you arms and legs for a photograph whose quality is day-by-day deteriorating. They also force you to pay online and they charge you extra for paying online.These people need some competition in school photography as they have a monopoly, and they can charge parents whatever they feel like and give rubbish quality photos.Nowhere on their new website they tell you how much processing fee they will charge unless you give out all your details to them during checkout. They intentionally do not cover this question in their FAQ section. Now they also charge your $20 as late fees? What for? Do you have to dig-up a mine to find the photo? Extortion at it's best!These people's greed never stops!!No wonder they have so many negative ratings on Google review and they don't care about it because schools keep hiring them. I am damn sure so sweet talking person will response to this review with sugarcoated lies.

Terrible school photos. It felt like photographer doesn't have any skills. Photos were underexposed, skin colour was way off and there were harsh shadows. I think they see school photos as easy money and don't think it requires much effort or skill. I can take better photos with my phone.Other parents we have spoken to feel the same. We will be talking to school and provide the feedback.

More than 3 months & $120 later still no photos!! Not good enough!!

MSP, are you willing to take on feedback? There is quite a bit of critical negative feedback here. I think Your company needs to move with the times.The backdrop of the photos need updating. We are no longer in the 1970s and on that note, people have different skin colours so you need focus on what people want from school photography. We are powerless with the school choosing you people but I will request for a refund if the quality is low.You need a dedicated assistant ensuring kids are ready for the photo not just telling them to look at the camera or fix their hair. You also need to quality check at the point of taking the photo and touch them up appropriately. Maybe you can have an interactive touch up preview for parents who might want a glow/change of contrast.

As a keen collector for my kids photos throughout the years, I never thought will see school photos worse than this studio, photos have the worst lighting, unprofessional poses, Auspost photos worth paying more than paying to this studio, and the trick is as a parent, I can't see my kids photos unlees I place an order, and booooom, the surprise come with my daughter fair hair turn to brunette and my son smile as if he ran out from Wallace and Gromit.....and thats my opinion as a mother, not as a professional photographer who have a long history in professional photoshooting in diffrent lightings and events .

I am so tempted to give negative rating to them for a very important (last of primary school) photo they took for my daughter. Absolutely unprofessional. A kid could have done a better picture. Absolutely annoying and disappointing. Not sure why schools use them.

This company is clearly lying in their replies to other comments of the same nature. They said they give school envelopes for cash payment but when asking at school office there was no such thing. No envelopes were given for cash payments to be taken for school photos.
