Make sure you keep a copy of the condition report when you check the entire rental and record even the smallest damage. They don’t keep copies of what you write as damages on the condition report, they have their own version. Take your own pictures of damage as well and email it to them to keep a trail of evidence as their photos aren't up to date . Also, Karim Seeman will lie at the tribunal, be prepared for their lies and refuse to have him present when you’re at the tribunal and also anyone else from the real estate, refuse them all. This is your right. ALSO CHECK THE PHOTOS THEY PROVIDE BECAUSE THEY USE REALLY OLD PHOTOS THAT DONT SHOW CURRENT DAMAGES!

People, if you come across this agency you are in for a long nightmare.- I was given 2 weeks free rent and I left in the first 2 weeks.-They lied during my second tribunal hearing to say I STAYED FOR 4 weeks. LUCKY i had the evidence in email of the keys being handed in.- This was the most stressful experience to be left without clean water to use from day one.Thank you for teaching me a valuable lesson about real estate agents.They still hold on to my money even when given an immediate tribunal order. We had a great experience with Ray Wehbe. We recently vacated our O'Connell st property and we found them to be fair and transparent in their dealings. Especially, worth mentioning is Stuart Radford who was our property manager and dealt with us for the end of lease inspection. We thought he was reasonable and approachable.
