Figtree Travel Centre

The service that we have received from the guys at Figtree Travel has been incredible. They certainly go above and beyond. Even when we got caught in a tight spot recently Brad sorted it for us. Wonderful service for many years.

Craig (and Brad) were amazing helping my mum and I book flights to Europe. We were super last minute and they stayed back past opening hours to help us lock our flights in. I usually book my travel myself however now I will be booking with Craig (or Brad). Thank you.

We can't recommend Brad from Figtree Travel enough. From the get go, his responsiveness was reassuring, and even though originally our requirements were not complicated (plane tickets only), he has made himself super available and responded to all our questions very promptly. We then had a huge issue while travelling because of flight cancellations and airline errors (no fault of his), and Brad spent an enormous amount of time trying to resolve the tricky and complicated situation on our behalf and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and sympathetic. We will never go anywhere else for our travel needs!
