Pirie Nails

Went in to get acrylic with extensions. Said the shape I want, she was rude and to rough shape was all wrong so was the length of them I said I wanted. Herself and other members of staff kept speaking a different language and staring at me making me feel so uncomfortable won’t be going back.

the service was honestly great, the environment was bubbly and inclusive. the only issue i have is with my sns two nails have started slightly cracking but i’m aware that is a common thing that happens. Friendly, professional and adaptable to customers needs

I didn’t expect much as it’s priced reasonably and looks clean but I expected basic manners. It’s confusing on what options you can get. No communication when you get there and when you ask for help you get stared at blankly. I got a basic shellac manicure and deluxe pedicure that looked ok. Then to top it off a young girl eating a mango checked me out after my appointment. Weirdest experience of my life.

Usually good but last experience really poor. I had to go back in after having my nails done as 1 was extremely crooked and others didn’t even look like they matched each other…After 3 of my fingers bleeding and STILL a crooked nail and being extremely anxious to say anything but I did manage to say I’m not happy with the crooked one..they left my nail still wonkey I did point this out at the front desk and was told to sit back down but they didn’t repair the wonkey nail…and charged me over $50. I’ve been going to this place for a long time on and off but I will not being going back.

I have always been welcomed to the shop and have found all staff to be kind and respectful. The nail tech I had was very thorough and took his time to his time to get my nails right. Price was reasonable for the work I had done....and those massage chairs...just yum!

i think that the workers should at least speak English and not talk to each other in a different language( laugh etc)it is very rude. Also i think one person should work on your nails not several people workers, i have been two lots of nail acrylics done and twice i haven't been happy, i wont' return.

Love this place! I've been to a few nail salon's and this is the only one I've returned to. They treat you like a a valued customer and they're work is 10/10 especially Jess!! She is an amazing nail artist!

TerribleVery disappointing with the amount of money spent. No one understands English. Paid for an hr pedicure. Didn’t even receive calf massage or much at all. Very shocked. Will not recommend again. Took 2 friends on same day for nails. Before booking we discussed what they wanted. We live an yr away. When we got there both girls were told they couldn’t do the design they wanted. Then charged them $10 more than quoted on ph. Absolutely stunned. Nails fell off with in 24hrs 3 had come off .. by third day 1 girl had only 1 nail still left.. we too booked well in advance & spoke with someone about what they wanted & also in person spoke at counter about what we wanted. Rang and booked and then told they didn’t have time We were charged $85 each .. both didn’t get what they wanted. I’d never had a pedicure , but read what the deluxe was. Booked. Came on time. Was left sitting 10 minutes. Then it was over & I didn’t know it had all been done. When I asked questions politely girl would nod & walk away never answered 1 question. Never would go again. I don’t understand why u would contact me & ask me to give you a review when you knew we weren’t happy with service

It was horrid, lady seemed super under educated had no idea when I used proper terms when asking for nails to be done.Definitely didn't get what I asked for and my nails are in so much pain since leaving process was painful my nails wouldn't stop burning. This is what I wanted the shape wasn't the same, the length wasn't the same she kept filing and filing and they became so stubby and way to narrow and I did not get the colour I asked for when asked what one I picked out she got the wrong one. I was way to scared to even speak up I thought I'd let her do her job I'll trust the process. I shouldn't have WILL NEVER COME BACK 65$+ WASTED.Left the shop and cried in my car this is so embarrassing.
