Echuca Windscreens

Came to get our windscreen replaced. We enquired how much the rubber wiper blade is because we might want to get them changed.. He said he would find out.We went off to bunnings while they fixed the windscreen. We got back only to find they charged us a few hundred for something...They put new whole wipers on (not blades wipers!) with our permission. We told them we didn't ask for it, so we had to wait another 20mins for him to take them off. He was struggling and banging the car.. We later found he's completely destroyed the right wiper! It's come Off!Not only did they try scamming us, but they left us with hundreds of dollars in damages!We will be reporting this to OBRIANS HQ!This sort of practice I expect from a Chinaman... Not an aussie.. Cannot believe how patheticly desperate you guys are.
