We recently sold our house and used their service for conveyancing. Jayde was appointed to handle the legal aspects of our house sale. We have used Wheldon & Associates for our first property and we were extremely happy with their service we used them again for our recent purchase. Wheldon & Associates were very helpful in the recent sale of our property. There were several contract extensions requested by the buyer and Whelon's always gave us sound advice and sought confirmation from us on every variation proposed. I would certainly use their services again and recommend them highly.

I was recommended this lawyer and I was extremely disappointed. They took advantage of me during a very stressful separation. They needed to be chased for emails, got many facts incorrect and would not disclose their fees after many requests. After losing confidence in them, I disengaged them, to be presented with an alarmingly big bill (the minimum allowed by the law society without justification) I queried it, to be sent an even bigger bill 1 month later. I paid 60% of it which was more than reasonable. 6 months later they are still chasing me for the balance. These guys are crooks. They are what give lawyers a bad name,.. in fact, dealing with them was worse than the actual separation itself.
