Do not expect prompt service from this pharmacy on a Sunday as they are poorly understaffed. The two staff that are there are slow and look like they would prefer to be somewhere else. Word of advice DON'T ask how long your prescription will take as they will go even slower. Totally unacceptable.

I have found all the staff are wonderfull, friendly and professional. They have made dealing with my medical issues so much easier. Their knowledge of medications and prompt service are a standout. I witness this same dedication to service delivered to all customers be they local or traveler.

Zero service. Spent at least 10 minutes looking for a particular creme which I could not find. Unpacking boxes is apparently more important that serving a customer. Three staff members 3 customers including me. The other 2 waiting for their scripts. 3/4/18 @ approx 10AM. Partner had a very similar experience. Wont darken you door again.

I rang to talk to a chemist and after hearing I had autism was very rude and condescending. I was just seeking information. Very rudely told me to go somewhere else and would not answer one question.Social anxiety makes it very difficult to talk to or approach people. Autism makes me feel like an alien sometimes. Absolutely disgusted and disheartened by my treatment today.No-one, whether with a professionally diagnosed disability (like me) or without should feel .discriminated against. Very unprofessional.Go see Ken at Stanford's. Affable, professional and always happy to freely dispense information and advice.So who was the chemist on Tues the 29th at 4pm?

Honestly super disappointing service! It is unorganised, and unprofessional.. We really Needed to get a script but they said our details weren’t on file so they wouldn’t fill our script.. even though we have been there multiple time to get the exact same medication.. badly run that’s for sure!
