I have an almost 5YO son that started here at the end of 2022 and we have had nothing but a fabulous experience! Sam and Werner are encouraging and supportive mentors who do an amazing job at teaching the kids. Can not recommend enough, our son has learnt new skills, built up his confidence and made a whole new circle of friends.

I was looking to get back into sport after 8 years off. I walked in and introduced myself to Werner and Sam. Best thing I have done.I love the inviting family culture, mate ship and leadership in this gym. Everyone here generally cares about inspiring, teaching, learning. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Fantastic gym, Sam & Werner have created a great community for both kids & adults. My son has learnt so much and loves coming to class. Sam does and amazing job with the kids and I can speak from personal experience that she is a great coach.

Phronesis JJ is the most inclusive, friendliest and special club. My kids go three times a week and can’t get enough. They have met some good friends down there who all support each other whether it is in training or at comps.Good stuff Werner and Sam for making the environment at the club so much fun, while learning many life skills including discipline, team work and self protection.

Great jui jitsu school, with both myself and daughter really enjoying our time there. The kids instructors work great with them all and really take an interest in each child's growth. And adult classes are ran professionally with consideration taking for all skill levels in the classes. Really enjoy our time there.

Our son has been training since Phronesis opened it’s doors.They have been nothing but welcoming to us remembering the entire family by name each time we take him to training.He is loving jujitsu and his discipline is coming along which shows in our areas of life.Sam and Werner are not just brilliant coaches but are warm genuine people.Brilliant training centre.

Can't rate team Phronesis highly enough! Sam and Werner are very knowledgeable and run professional, supportive classes with a family friendly atmosphere. My whole family train here since they opened and the kids classes are particularly great. The coaches have instilled team spirit and kindness in the kids in the class, and it is so lovely to see them help each other with their technique. Love it

Phronesis is an amazing club that’s built such a great training environment and culture thanks to the owners/coaches Werner and Sam. Open and welcoming environment and nice and clean mats/facilities.I highly recommend the club for people of all skill levels and ages. They have developed a good kids/teens program. If your looking to get yourself, or your kids into some training come down and give it a try
