Ordered and payed for an upright freezer rang 8 days later only be told can't get the one I wanted ordered replacement when to store on 30/1/17 asked why no one had contacted told by manager we have a lot of customers cant ring everybody" told them without customers they might have to close their doors got refund went to Harvey Norman get the first freezer I wanted will have Thursday 4 days from purchasing"

Recently done some Reno's and the place looks great. Really helpful staff that makes it easier to buy local!

Terrible customer service experience - had ordered a product online, had to chase it up more than once. Finally got told it was on back order and would be at least 4 weeks, so much for 3-5 business days. Tried to offer me another product, and then was asking me the dimensions of the product I ordered, and had no idea of the dimensions of the possible replacement - seemed surprised when I said it had to fit in a certain space, and umm, isn't it YOUR job to look up that information. Also got told that even if I was to go ahead with the order, my requested delivery time (late afternoon) was not possible - umm, hello, I work?! Ended up cancelling order, but am still waiting for a refund. Bought from another retailer - ordered, got delivered at the time I wanted two days later. I've worked in customer service previously - EPIC FAIL - on Every. Single. Level. Save yourself the drama and go elsewhere

You need to employ someone who knows how to use a phone, my mum called your store 3 times yesterday, no one answered and she couldn't leave a message because no one from your company knows how to empty the message bank.

I recently went into the store with my mum as she wanted to return a present that she brought as a Mother's Day Gift. There were two issues with the item itself. 1st she asked for a 4 egg poacher and they item that they sold her did only 3 eggs. 2ndly the person she brought it for, also brought one for themselves.My mum wasn't aware that they did not allow refunds but the man who served her was so RUDE. I presume that her was the owner of the business as they other man working had a name tag.We were willing to exchange the item for something else but the response and attitude from this man was DISGUSTING. He turned around and slammed his finger on the sign that says something about refunds that you need a magnify glass to read from across the counter saying that he doesn't do refunds because people can't just buy something and change their minds. (it wasn't like that for my mum, it was actually their fault in their first place for selling us the wrong product and it was misfortunate that the person had got one for them self.Whilst treating us with such disrespect he did refund the money but the whole time is was rude and terribly mannered.I generally support local and small businesses but I will make sure that everyone is aware of just how bad this store owner is and treating people with such disrespect is appalling. If he had of been nice about it instead of acting like a child throwing a temper tantrum we would have happily brought something else, instead we went to another electrical store.We will never return this store and hope that nobody is treated like that ever again
