The most disfunctional company, the managment are a joke as one manager asked me if I thought he was a joke but did not like my reply then I was let go ! No surprise but it was 2 weeks befor Christmas well thank you Graham your a champion and as I told youva sh1t manager ,oh and yes I do think your a joke .

Called in Jan for a service on a Forklift purchased from them. Operator said the area rep will call and fix up a time. No response. Waited a month then sent an enquiry on their website contact form in March, no response. I wonder if anyone works there or they have shut down operations. Pathetic really. To think that you have the name of such a large firm behind your equipmemt then for their team to have such poor customer service standards. What else do you want me to do, visit you guys personally to lodge a complaint, pre telephone style days???

Emailed these guys twice for a new toyota 3 ton fork lift then called them and was transferred to a mobile and the guys on holidays , really do they want to sell new forklifts thanks for trying I'll get a Nissan .SteveJustjap Auto ImportsKirraweeafter having a Toyota for 20 years forced to change due to no wants to sell a forklift.Was nice that the State manager came to see me today and apologised for the communication problem thanks
