Light Space Yoga

A beautiful space with knowledgeable teachers who have a nice variety of class styles. No class is ever the same, so it’s always an interesting and enjoyable experience that both challenges and replenishes the mind, body and spirit. I aim to attend at least two classes a week and I always look forward to them. Going to Light Space Yoga is an investment in myself and my health, and I’m already reaping the rewards.

It's been a few years since I attended yoga classes so was aware it would be a learning curve restarting again. Light Space has been such a safe and supportive place to reconnect with myself through yoga. With their three studios and range of classes, it makes it so accessible around my work routine. I am only just coming to the end of my 28 day trial and already Yin has become a nourishing part of my weekly routine.

I took up the 28 days for $28….. bonus it was made even more affordable by costing $24! The space is truely relaxing and calm and beautiful , I get to use 3 different studios and the amount of classes and variety of instructors and yoga styles is phenomenal for a novice like me. I’m so happy to have fond something that really with fits in with my lifestyle, body type and ailments that I have. Initially I just wanted to try yoga - and I’m so happy to say that I attend 3- 4 sessions week…… I’m impressed to say the least - with the facilities / attitude and actually with myself as well because I love it. This studio is beautiful. Prim is handsdown the best yoga instructor I have come across. The classes here flow so well, with variety each time you go. The instructions are well relayed so if your a beginner you can still follow. Very happy I found this studio.

My safe place, my sanctuary, my home away from home! I adore every yoga practice I do here. I can't understate how phenomenal the teachers and community are here - namaste <3

I have done yoga in the past off and on, and wanted to get back into it but have always found Yoga studios to be quite intimidating, full of experienced yogis and advanced classes. Lightspace is so completely refreshing in every way. It is a beautiful, welcoming space with excellent teachers, incredible service, and a beautiful community. I cannot recommend this studio highly enough.

Been coming here for about a month, the Yoga classes have had a positive impact on both my mental and physical state. The teachers are experienced and are warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice studio to start Yoga.

Lovely, large light filled studio. I have really appreciated being able to come to any class without booking, and there still being lots of space. The instructors have all been fantastic, my favourite classes to attend are the slow flows.

Love everything about Lightspace Yoga. I go to the 6am class everyday and can never get enough of the beautiful sunrise. The team there is always friendly and caring. They made me fell in love with yoga.
