My experience as a tennant was the worst. They were only there to serve the landlord and the clear nepotism of hiring an inexperienced property manager that is family did not sit well when trying to raise issues with management. I wouldn't rent through them again.

We are very impressed by the quality of service provided by the team at Brady's Real Estate during the purchase of our first home a few months ago. Nicola and Ebony have been exceptionally friendly, helpful, and efficient in expediting the whole process. Looking back at their recommendations, the sellers (whom we got to know also) were very happy and satisfied on how the team conducted the sales. Bradys Real Estate - especially Isobel Pardoe - is one which always comes to mind. They are extremely proactive and responsive. Whenever information is sent out to PMs to onforward to tenants, not only does this happen almost immediately, Isobel also takes the time to respond to us advising that it has been sent. My family and I have used Bradys Real Estate for their property management services across all our properties in Canberra and they have always been wonderful to deal with, have great response times and genuinely take effort in ensuring the properties are well looked after and cared for. When any maintenance is required, they are always able to handle it without hassle and have at times, gone over and above just to help out with the situation. We recently engaged them to help sell our properties and the communication provided throughout the entire process was incredible. We were kept in the loop every step of the way and knew they had our best interest at heart. They acted on things swiftly and have always been super professional and helpful. Working with John Brady and Brady’s Real Estate has been a wonderful experience. John is very personable and knows his stuff! They are all friendly, professional and extremely helpful at Brady’s. They went above and beyond to support us and are extremely good at what they do. The only thing disappointing about the experience was having to say goodbye after our house was sold. We hired John after he originally sold our house to us years ago. We had such a pleasant experience that we wanted to work with Brady’s again.
