We visited three zoos from Sydney to Gold Coast and this is definitely the BEST oneClose encounter with kangaroos, watching wombat being walked, getting close view of beautiful Sumatra tigers, the midday birds & crocodile show were all fantastic highlightsAnimals were in comfy & spacious surrounding, and clearly happy thus great for visitors to see them in their natural surroundings (visit other zoos where animals were in smaller man-made structuresA must visit for anyone in the Brisbane & Gold Coast areas

Loving the experience especially so if you are a fan of the legendary Steve Irwin the Crocodile Hunter. Australia Zoo in Beerwah, sunshine Coast, Queensland is where his family, Terri, Robert and Bindi Irwin continue his legacy in an all-Aussie, famed habitat suitable for people from all walk of life!
