Booked a mobile dog wash through City Farmers Bedford site and had David come wash our dogs at home. What a great service! David was brilliant! And our dogs are so fluffy and clean now and loved their treats :)

Store was clean and tidy, and had everything l needed for my new puppy. There helpful staff was very friendly.

Went to City farmers BedfordButters who is in charge of the fish area has no clue on fish keeping he offers poor advice just to get a quick sale.Isabella served me and caught me a few fish she has no idea on fish keeping or advice for other pet needs.Also the Store manager is rude and unhelpful to customers.Fish area is dull and tanks are always dirty and fish are never healthy.Saw heaps of dead fish in the tanks bad presentation.Very expensive on prices and limited range on stock in general.Staff are not friendly and helpful too busy talking among themselves rather than helping customers.You will never free welcome there.I will never shop there in the future.Shop else where other petstores havea large range of all products.If your after fish go to your local Aquarium store.Please don't waste your time and hard earnt money shopping at City Farmers Bedford.

Stopped by to buy bird seed for two breeding parrots, had infected bird seed. Took pictuee as I was throwing bag out, was confused as one sign said Pet City, another said City Farmers.Weavels......

Poor customer service at walter road store, would not sell us a fish without testing water from my tank. I have several established tanks with healthy, breeding fish. The young lady that served us was not listening and also gave incorrect information about the fish we were looking to purchase and told me to do my research, quite rude. Not all fish require the same conditions and set up. Seems like she did not want to do the work as the usual fish guy was not in on that day and was trying to get us back the next day when he was in. Went to a different store location who were much more accomodating. Will not be returning.

An 85 year old woman who was looking for a bird cage does not need to be lectured by some rude young girl about hiw cruel it is to keep birds in a cage. This person should not be allowed to rant to an elderly lady who just wants some company. Absolutely disgraceful.
