The worst experience I have never had. Can’t believe a gardener would steal our garden machinery!Tim from T. J. Ferris Mowing & Maintenance was engaged to do the shrub’s hedging for our complex. It’s the first time we dealt with him. On 11th March 2022 about 10am, Tim told us his garden tool broke down, so we lent our red Honda petrol hedge trimmer to him to continue the work. At 11.20am, he left the complex with our hedge trimmer, only 5% work was complete. Then never return to the complex to finished the whole job and never return our hedge trimmer. I have tried to call and text Tim since 12th March to today’s date, no responses at all. The complex CCTV has recorded everything. I have reported this incident to the Police. I won’t suggest his services at all, not professional and trustable.

Tim went above and beyond and showed me what a lawn really should look like! His services to date have been nothing but professional and i can attest that Tim is a specialist in his field! Thanks Tim

Don't use this company. He takes your money and doesn't finish your lawn. I'm STILL waiting on my refund despite the promises he has made to me. He avoids all emails and texts and despite my bank asking for the money back he is still refusing. My lawn was never finished and I have all the emails and my overgrown lawn to prove it.
