Phil has helped us with finance needs for over 10 years. He uses plain language to explain complicated concepts, and is always responsive and gives realistic advice. We came across other brokers in the past, who will travel to your house, etc. But travel isn't a big deal if you are up for a 30-year commitment. We feel very comfortable with Phil, and are very glad he is always there when we need his advice.
