I booked for four people and they reserved the entire salon to make room for us, which i thought was so considerate and accommodating. Eric, the salon tech I had, is amazing. I was incredibly indecisive and couldn't pick a colour or design, and i was conscious of how much time I was wasting, but Eric and the other nail technician was nothing but patient with me. Eric even tried some of the colours on himself so I could get an idea of how it'd look on me! Both technicians were super kind and professional, and my friends and I were really happy with our manicures. I definitely reccomend going to this salon!

I truly have no clue how this place has such high ratings.Employees were completely disrespectful and unprofessional from the minute I stepped in.The employees swapped places half way through my nails when someone walked in,the first guy filed my nails too low and rolled his eyes when I mentioned my nails were burning.After they swapped places the guy came back to grab something and kicked my bag which had my work laptop in it vauled at $1,800 and when I asked him to be careful he dismissed me and walked off.By the end of my appointment my cuticles were butchered, fingers so covered in nail polish but when I asked the other woman to remove she got moody and removed one piece then completely ignored me, the nail art was nothing like I asked, and she took a phone call half way thru my polish, and yet when I was trying to reply to a message she and her coworker who I believe is the owner started obviously complaining about me in another language.They charged me $86 dollars for a horrendous job, wasting nearly 2 hours of my time, murdering my cuticles and an overall disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour by both employees.The only reason why I'd even give them one star is because I got a 40% refund after the horrible service, only because I went back confronted them which I'm personally uncomfortable in doing but deemed necessary.

Best nail salon experience in Hobart! Very relaxing, efficient, quick and easy. My favourite nail job done so far - by a lovely Vietnamese girl at the shop. I also enjoyed the ambient noise eminating from nearby shops and cafes; it adds to the relaxing experience. The price is very reasonable as well. Thank you~ ❤️

My friend and I got manicures and pedicures here for her engagement party. The staff were all extremely friendly, generous, hilarious and the service was exceptional. They are highly skilled professionals and our nails looked amazing. (It actually looked better than the reference photos we had to begin with.) I cannot recommend Royal Nails enough, I will definitely come back next time!
