I called and asked if they could help with fitness equipment hire. I receved a sharp NO!. With the situation as it is at the moment its very understandable that equipment is hard to come by and it was expected to have to wait or be told none available.Seems other comments here about the gentleman being rude are unfortunatly consistent with my limited interaction.

Absolutely outstanding service. I have rented and bought from Ryan and Brent for 9 years now. They have always been very polite and reliable. Prices are great, they spend the time answering any questions and explaining the products in detail. After purchase and ongoing service has always been magnificent. Hired and then bought a treadmill from these guys. Easy to deal with, happy to answer my many questions, polite and prompt on phone and for delivery. As I knew nothing about treadmills I did a fair bit of research beforehand and concluded these guys seemed the best for quality equipment at a reasonable price.

Been a customer now for a good couple of years and just love these guys! Equipment is quality, service is excellent and they are just great guys. Happy to answer any questions, flexible delivery and service hours and very friendly. I'm not sure what these negative reviews are about but I just gave them a call and he seemed very polite and friendly. No rowing machines available due to the lockdowns which would be very frustrating for a lot of customers I'm sure.
