Terrible website - rarely works for business banking. Even their feedback link does not work. Unfortunately not my choice that I have to place investments with them. Many working hours lost dealing with Westpac, when it should be so simple.

It took more than 2 weeks and a complaint to AFCA to get a response from Westpac to my request. And the answer was: you are not a Westpac customer
