Not as helpful as they once were years ago with other people I knew that used them, when I was in a state of emergency they couldn't really help its all done online now and always passing you off to the internet which im not keen on.

I have found first hand that they have TERRIBLE Serviceand tried scamming the tennant into paying for equipment that went faulty in the house which clearly was not them

Absolutely terrible. Pacific Link has allowed an undesirable tenant to remain in a property, despite the tenant continually abusing and threatening neighbours, property damage, drug use, multiple police call outs etc. The neighbours and local community have had enough, despite years of complaints Pacific Link have not acted.
