Horrible customer service. Staff were very dismissive, made me feel like a cheap piece of trash for looking at an item they had listed on sale.Not surprising to see the Gold coast store always empty. Way to ruin a brands image.

Eli was the most amazing sale person that helped us with all our needs. Absolute pleasure to shop there and found some lovely dresses! Even was able to enjoy some complementary champagne during our experience!

Excellent service and items on display

Poor experience today with one of the sales people. We went in to look at suits for my son. I made it clear that we were looking as we had some time before his formal to purchase. While she was friendly initially and helped him get a nice fitting jacket, she was really rude towards the end of the interaction.I wear suits regularly, I’ve had high quality suits professionally tailored countless times, let’s just say I know a nice cut, high quality suit when I see one.While we were looking around the store, I was explaining to my son some of the different suits, the cuts and quality of fabrics, checking out prices as we went.This lady came over while we were doing this and quite abruptly told us the jacket he tried on was $750 and that pants were $349 extra looked me up and down and said ‘yes, very expensive’.I work in business myself, my partner owns a fashion brand and this type of customer service is just rude and unprofessional. I couldn’t believe how condescending and patronizing she was.My only regret was I didn’t reply ‘You want $1000 for that poor quality rubbish?’.Guess I won’t be buying him a Boss suit anytime soon, particularly after this interaction!

We could not find what we were looking for, the range of colours was quite limited, however the gentleman in the store was very friendly and genuinely was trying to help us.

What a refreshing change. Staff with product knowledge who listen. A wonderful shopping experience. This is now my go to. Thank you to the team at Boss Pacific Fair. The best. Mark Savic
