Have a friend who lives there. Their gated security means nothing when people can jump the fence then drive out in stolen cars and other items. Sounds like people like living there despite this and they have a dog park, line dancing and other social activities

A lovely gated over 50's community for people who want to downsize or retire. Relaxed lifestyle, with swimming pools, community center, bus stop at the gate as well as a community bus for shopping and excursions.
