Excellent experience , it was my first time getting anti wrinkle injectables , when I arrived at the clinic I was so nervous , I received great customer service as soon as I walked in the door . Consultation was informative . Procedure went well. Nurse was very gentle and great. I will be definitely be going back and highly recommend this clinic especially if you are new to anti wrinkle injectables

I received dermal needling skin treatment from Penny, Cosmetic Nurse (RN). This was my first time doing this service and also my first time at My Cosmetic Clinic.Penny was knowledgeable, friendly and created a relaxing atmosphere as I was a bit hesitant with needles. She took the time to answer any and all questions I had in depth. The numbing cream Penny applied worked a treat. The treatment itself has yielded incredible results on my skin. I have been complimented on the glow and texture of my skin multiple times since. I cannot wait to book a follow up appointment. I have been encouraging anyone and everyone to give dermal needling a go, especially with Penny if it is your first time. Thank you Penny and My Cosmetic Clinic!

Twice I've been here and my treatment hasn't worked. First time I put it down to a bad batch (or similar). Second time raised my concerns with the nurse, who was extremely reluctant to use additional product to resolve the issue. Waste of money and won't return.

Customer service is great, Penny is amazing and so professional. She is the best. I have been looking for the right place for a long time and I finally found it. Highly recommend!

The pre-service and consultation were both very professional and made me feel at ease. I was also given an earlier time slot, which was a great extra. The consultation was uncomplicated and allowed me to express my thoughts and intentions. I shall return for my next session when the time comes.

Not risking coming back. Ive been coming here for a while and have been happy when it works, however, 3 times now an area has not worked. I didn’t speak up the first 2 times, so my bad, but I was assured by the really nice nurse who did my last treatment that if areas didn’t work in future, it would be fixed.So for this third time I rang them to inform them that the area did not work, only to be told by the receptionist because I waited a month, there was nothing they could do and they would not rectify or compensate. Apparently you have to go back within 2 weeks. Not always easy with a busy schedule. After pushing the issue politely, I was told I could come in that week at the latest, but as I was working on the days offered, the receptionist said nothing could be done. No offer to fix it the following week. I have wasted hundreds of dollars on a treatment that didn’t work, 3 times now. I can’t risk coming here again and essentially burning money.UPDATE:I followed up with the practice manager as encouraged, and they completely minimised my experience and passive-aggressively informed me that they were sure the receptionist offered me a chance to have the area fixed (as mentioned, only on the 2 days I work and no other option allowed). It is so hard to get the courage to follow something like this up, and their practice manager wasn’t customer centred or empathetic in the slightest. Yeah they offered a $50 gift card, but that wouldn’t come close to me covering the area that needed fixing. Really disappointing.

MCC Castle Hill is fantastic. The staff are lovely, the service is professional and the consult information is very individual. They listen to your needs and are very understanding. The consultants have great product knowledge of all the procedures and results. I have always enjoyed my appointments, they never disappoint.
