After living in candlewood for 5 years i can honestly say i will never step foot in this place again, constantly interrogating why you are buying medication even if you have a script and very rude customer service everytime you step foot in there. The breaking point was when my partner and I had a cold for the first time in years and where made to feel like criminals trying to buy cold and flu tablets. Waste of time having a chemist so close to home if you have to travel to the next suburb to get help.

This Chemist is my local, where I've grabbed a few essential first aid bits n pieces. The staff always come across as genuinely interested everytime I visit. I pick up my scripts here when I can as well, and try to support local business, which they are!

The male pharmacist was very rude to me, when I called to arrange medicine for my disabled son, I was shocked by his words and behaviour when he yelled at me for not asking for the medicine in advance
