Bidets Online

I don’t normally do reviews but for bidets online I will make an exception. :) My bidet got lost during delivery. Kevin the owner stepped up and sent out a new bidet to me anyway despite making a loss. I’m extremely appreciative of Kevin’s effort and kindness especially during these hard COVID times. I highly recommend bidets online for future bidet purchasers.

The true test of a business is the support they provide after a sale. Unfortunately a 3yr old DIB seat had some issues and stopped working. I must admit I was initially sceptical that the seat could be repaired for a reasonable price. To my surprise the seat has ended up pretty much fully refurbished and for an incredibly reasonable price. My thanks to Kevin at Bidets Online for providing such genuine customer care. I wouldn’t hesitate purchasing or using Kevin’s company again. Outstanding!

These people really went above and beyond with their customer service. I don't think there is much service like this anywhere anymore, there was a shipping delay so they spoke with me extensively about what i needed and upgraded me to a better product for a massive discounted price. Really amazing and professional service. I haven't received the product yet, it is on the way, but i have 100% confidence in the product because of their service so far.

Purchased DIB C450R. I can say it's an excellent product and so happy with it. Customer service and great help to answer all my questions and really helped me to install it. It's very easy to install if you have basic skills of DIY. Highly recommenced for any one wanting to purchase a bidet. Quick delivery as well.

Unfortunately emails have gone unanswered when my top end DIB C850R has stopped working. I offered to pay for the replacement part and did not receive an answer.
