SHOCKING SERVICE!!!Mal installed a security door at mum’s place and with in matter of month the screen on the twin doors needs to be replaced due to the very poor quality product Mal decided to use. The screens have lost 80% of there colour and have started to rust. Mal keeps avoiding our calls and emails. He is not a trust worthy person, he will not take any responsibility for providing my elderly mother with a no safe product.On top of all this he has ask my mother to pay him a further $500 to rectify his own doing. This guy is a joke!We have reported Mal to Consumer Affairs to step in and get him to come back and replace the security screen.

I had shutters for a standard window and a bay window installed with electric motors. I also had 2 standard windows converted to electric motors from battery.More than 6 months on everything still works as it should. A few of the shutters installed by Mal do make a bit of noise during their operation, not sure if that's normal or not but they work. Mal is fairly professional in the way he conducted himself. The cost of the work was very reasonable.There was a slight issue after the installation and Mal was a bit hesitant in dealing with the issue but he did rectify it in the end.Overall, I do recommend.

When Mel turned up to quote on fixing a jammed security shutter he had his company name on his shirt and van. I figured if he was prepared to wear his name he should be ok. I wasn't wrong. A very reasonable quote to fix the jammed shutter lead to a quote to convert all my shutters to electric rather than manual. Mel and his electrician turned up on time and fixed, serviced and converted my shutters to electric. They even replaced a broken switch for me at no cost. I have no hesitation in recommending King Shutters and Screens based on my experience. I'm extremely satisfied with their work.
