So grateful for this gym. The community here is incredible. Prof Rod is so welcoming and meets you where you’re at and helps you grow! It’s a safe, clean and friendly environment where fear can be overcome, friends can be made, fitness improved and so much more. Highly recommended anyone thinking about it, give it a go and see for yourself what jiu Jitsu can do for your life!
