Customer service was great until the bike was on its way from Townsville down to Sydney. I bought a ktm 450 and was told it only has 2 hours on it, even says 2 hours on the contracts. Once the bike got down to my house I checked the hours and it has 15. I don’t know how it’s possible to get the hours that wrong especially considering I asked about 10 times to confirm. 2 hours compared to 15 is a massive difference and there is a lot that can be done to an engine in that time. I reached out to my sales person for him to contact me when he is back at work and got no response about it since, that was 3 weeks ago.

been meaning to write a review for ages now, bought my first bike here and the sales guys, specifically Lorenz and Luke were 10/10 and super helpful. I was given genuine honest information, as well as customer service way beyond what is expected. i continue to get my services here and am always amazed with how good the team is. cheers!

Excellent service, huge shoutout to Lorenz. With this being my first purchase of a motorcycle I had plenty of questions and i felt there was no shortage of answers to help my progress. Everything was top notch from the knowledge of bikes, gear and finance I felt comfortable shopping here and will do so again in the coming future. Purchased a new bike and had it serviced here. Mostly professional so far, they just lose one star because of communication; it can be impossible to get through on the phone at times. Plus during the sales process I noticed some of the staff seriously need to work on their listening skills

Lorenz was awesome to deal with. As was Damien, actually the hole team i forget old mates name with the dirty moe but he didnt try over sell you. bought a 650 yamaharley, will definitely be a regular customer and sending everyone I can there.

This place is a joke. Bought two tires and even after 4 days still couldn't find time to fit them. Any more parts I need for my bike I'll be buying online. In the market for a side by side. Guaranteed I won't even look here. Even if they did have a side by side I wanted I'd drive to the next town. Disgusting service.

Lorenz was welcoming and knowledgeable about the UForce 1000. No question asked was too hard and he made us feel like we were in good hands. He gave us contact information encase we had any follow up questions and he himself followed up with us to ensure we were satisfied with his service and were prepared for finance. Lorenz is a asset to CFMOTO!
