These guys are awesome - I travel out of my way intentionally for the great service. They are honest, trustworthy and always happy to explain in detail the little things. This is exactly what you want in a mechanic. I would recommend them to anyone in the Newcastle area.

We were on our way up to Byron bay and had a problem with our Chrysler, called up and they fitted us in, amazing experience, great customer service and friendly attitude overall. Would recommend to anyone, have good advice.

Outstanding value and quality. Read the reviews about 'honest mechanics' and couldn't have been truer. Ben helped me with a pre-purchase inspection and was more than generous with his time and advice (even prior to paying for any services) with regards to the vehicle and my purchasing decision.

These guys are great. Ben and Doug are very honest and provide a great service not like most mechanics. You can trust this business not overcharge you and make things up that need to fixed to get more money out of you.

They are the best mechanics in the Newcastle Area. Both Ben's always explain to you whats going on and are very fair on price. We moved to the upper hunter but will still continue bringing our cars back to these guys.
