Sold me a car with a faulty brake module. After lying and saying it was fixed and it 100% working order. Had to be fixed by a my local holden which claimed “major brake failure could have occurred at any time”

Very disappointed after great service for years, buying multiple vehicles from the dealership only to find they would not honour the Mitsubishi capped servicing at the 3rd year, even after the dealership having the full service history. 661.00 cost where it was supposed to be 299.00 as per the Mitsubishi service plan. I would not recommend using the service division. My future business will be taken elsewhere.

After taking a car for a test drive then discussing the $$ figure my friend & I kindly asked to think about it overnight. Adam & Justin kept overstepping the boundary we had put in place with their rude pushy attitude. Don't even bother giving such people the time of day. Do youself a favour & take your business elsewhere. Highly unprofessional & inappropriate. Some people need to go back & learn what good manners are.

Booked car in for diagnostic test on air bag light. Wasn’t told the cost. Got an invoice from them for $0. Thought cost would come when work from diagnostics was done. Turned up to pick up car, and am told they made a mistake, $350 is actually price for first hour of diagnostics ($350 per hour!!!) Can’t afford to get problem fixed now. Be warned Suzuki owners….

I was very disappointed to find out that Heritage Holden will no longer be running their service bus to take u home while they Service my vehicle seeing as I live in Thornton. Only can taxi u 2 Greenhills Rutherford, East Maitland, Lorn etc. This was a very well Run service for their customers which was appreciated. If Heritage is not going to resume this service I feel I will have to look elsewhere 4 similar run service as it suits my needs.

WOULDNT EVEN STAR IF IT WAS AN OPTION!! Absolutely the most neglectful service centre I have ever dealt with. Obviously the new owners don't care or fail to see in doing their due diligence of a simple car service and notifying their customers of issues that could become quiet dangerous due to what we were told would be classified as an up sell"... wrong!!!! due diligence and telling me my brakes were bare is your duty of care. Up sell would be offering me car mats with my service. The manager was of no help and only spoke over me when expressing my concerns.. never will get our business at any of ther chains."

Took parents car in for a service, toilets are up the top in the new car area. A separate demountable for the wait room with coffee and tea facilities. I waited for car, but didn't get a wash, maybe because I was waiting for it?
