Riverview Boutique Motel
I was only at the motel for 2 nights and while everything was comfortable, the mattress was one of the top 3 worst ones I’ve used.When I mentioned this to the manager, he was in total denial about the quality of it. I didn’t bother arguing with him but I would hesitate staying there again unless the mattress was replaced. For the nightly tariff, I think the motel is also very expensive.

We had a very comfortable overnight stay here - a great spot to stay on the drive between Sydney and Brisbane. Our room (no. 4) was very good - good size and well appointed, large bathroom, balcony overlooking courtyard garden. Minibar in room. Good toiletries, hairdryer, iron etc and a very good sized tv that worked. Quality linen etc. Room was very clean and well maintained. Cooked breakfast perfectly done to order. Friendly owners who gave helpful ideas for restaurant choice prior to stay. Highly recommend.

Worst experience ever. As soon as my family and I entered the hotel, a foul smell engulfed us, making us gag. The place was nothing like the deceiving photos and descriptions we saw online. It felt like Dracula had been living there for ages, with the place being old, dirty, damp, and disgusting. The property was run by a rude lady who seemed to take pleasure in demeaning the guests. I couldn't help but regret my decision to choose this property based on its ratings.The accommodations were overpriced, and the reality was far from what was advertised. The pillows, mattresses, and blankets were uncomfortable and dirty, with disgusting stains on them. It felt like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. It was clear that the place was just out to rip off unsuspecting guests.To make matters worse, we had two children with us, and we had purchased the accommodation with breakfast included. Upon our late arrival, the man at the reception informed us that the breakfast would only be provided for the adults, despite us booking a room for one child. We were willing to accommodate this by having our other child sleep with us, as she was only three years old. We reluctantly accepted the situation.However, in the morning, the rude lady yelled in front of other guests at the dining area, announcing that our breakfast would not be provided and that they would only adjust for the additional child. She repeated this humiliating announcement two or three times, purposefully embarrassing us. I had never experienced such disrespectful behavior anywhere before. We decided to leave immediately as we had no interest in dealing with such mistreatment. It was unbelievable that such treatment was even possible in Australia.A disgrace and disgusting place of Nambucca.

This place is great we love staying here halfway between gympie and Sydney it has really comfortable beds free brekky the hosts are wonderful would do anything for you love it will keep coming back thank you

Riverview Boutique Motel
We stayed for one night on the way to Queensland.It's an older style motel, so some parts of the building / room could do with a birthday (eg bathroom).Service was very friendly and helpful, and there was parking and wifi. We had breakfast included and it was freshly cooked.Location is just a short stroll to the park and waterfront area. There is a nearby playground for kids.Would happily stay again.

Cute, historical guest house. Owners are delightful. Good breakfast but a little early as latest was 8:15. Ideal for families - noise carries so the mornings can be a bit lively if you want to relax into the day

Exceptional and sweet old timbered guest house. Scrupulously clean, blankets not doonas, phalanxes of potted succulents and the hosts are cheerful, energetic. They play their hand to perfection.
