Wow this place is incredible! Felicity did the most amazing job and she was the sweetest person ever. Would 100% recommend this place for someone wanting a really amazing spa/ relaxation experience. Loved it!

Incompetent staff and terrible customer service. My partner had a massage booked in for her birthday, took the day off specifically for it and the appointment was cancelled. She didn’t know until she arrived. None of the staff even thought about contacting her to let her know. Would not recommend.

After a relaxed appointment where I enjoyed having my toenails painted I waited for them to dry before I put shoes on and left. Sadly I ruined my nails with the shoes and when I returned to rectify the damage I had caused they obliged then refused to charge me. It's unusual to get that level of service. Much appreciated ladies!!

Great calming and soothing aroma when you enter. Staff are warm friendly and very caring.The scent of the oils is heavenly.Thoroughly enjoyed my session and treatmentEndota Hampton is definitely my monthly massage retreat

Have been going there for over 10 years and have had 2 bookings made face to face at reception and twice not confirmed! Unprofessional and slack! Go to Elle Bache instead for a better professional service!!!!

I had such a positive experience at the Hampton spa! My massage therapist Leah gave the most incredible massage and took the time to examine my skin and provide tailored advice. One of the most relaxing experiences I've ever had, I couldn't help but rebook!

After 1 year of specialists and bewildering neck pain, I finally found the care, skill and determination to bring relief and comfort in Aden at Endota Spa, Hampton. Terrific team. Lovely rooms. Highly recommend!

Visited Endota Spa Hampton today for general waxing. The young girl was lovely but unfortunately that’s were it stops. I am leaving tomorrow for a trip overseas, I now have bruising on my inside thighs and bikini area and it’s not a good look at all. I had to ask her to go over areas that she had completely missed. The wax was sticking to me which I’ve never experienced before. Like I said she was a lovely but wish I went to another salon for a professional wax and not leave sore and bruised.

it was a shop front and it had such a warmth and cosy ambience. first time customer and i had the Intense Renewal Facial (75mins) with Felicity. she was lovely, soft spoken and gentle in the treatment. she was thorough and explained the steps she was taking and made sure i was comfortable. at the end, there was no pressure to buy any beauty products. i left relaxed and chilled. definitely would go back.
