Big Shot Personal Training

I thought I'd share my journey with Big Shot as a bit of a blog.I'm very unfit and was feeling very nervous about booking a session. I summoned the courage the other night and sent Brett a message via the website. Brett was quick to get back to me. We booked a fitness assessment with a few days.I had my fitness assessment yesterday. It wasn't exactly a workout but my arms and shoulders are aching. Brett was wonderful to work with. He's so down to earth and approachable. He was really positive and encouraging the while time. He didn't sugar coat anything though. He was straight forward about what we need to work on but never made me feel bad or like he was judging me. The whole experience left me feeling really excited to do more.My first real session is in a week. I'll add more to my review after that.
