Quick service and able to fit me in on the same day. Staff were very friendly and overall happy with my acrylic French tips - just not quite 5 star as some of them are slightly un even on the tips and we’re $85.50 so pretty pricey compared to other nail salons.

The staff was nice but both my nail & my friend’s nails were bleeding as they drilled really deep without caring about hurting their customers. This is disappointing and it encourages infections under the nail bed. I like the colour of my nails but I don’t like bleeding nail beds.

Really good prices and service. They are open to walk-ins, which makes it super accessible if you're around and want to get your nails done!I've been there for around 6 different times, and is always a good experience. They have a lot of variety on colors, I usually just do gel on my own nails and looks super natural and nice. And lasts for around 4 weeks.

Little Collins branch-Awesome service and quite fast comparatively ..I went for the first time today and already thinking to make this my go to place for nails. The people were good and the environment is not too noisy..

Got shellac done at $45(not including manicure) this afternoon, the polish is coming off by night time. They were in such a rush didn't let me keep my nails under the UV light for long enough during the appointment. First time I've been here as it's next to work, the place looks tiny, but has 3 or 4 staff. They were lovely enough so I'm giving 2 stars. But the quality of products here aren't great. Don't think I'll be spending my money here again.

Really disappointed with the service and the attitude of staff, considering they took two and a half hours to do tiny refills and shellac. I had to change my colours three times because they gave me the wrong ones and then didn’t have the ones I picked. They then spent an hour and a half just grinding my nails (it took three different ladies) while they served and finished the three customers that came AFTER me. I asked for very short nails and a simple rainbow ombré …the painting took a whole hour because the lady would only do one nail at a time. After two and a half hours, they charged me extra for my “nail art design” but had not told me it would be extra. I asked for a price list and they said they didn’t have one and they were changing the prices next week! They said it was not their job to tell each customer prices - if you don’t have a price list how are people supposed to know or feel assured you’re not making prices up/overcharging?? This is ridiculous and deceptive.The onus is not on the customer to check for surprise prices! I was incredibly patient, never complained once and was all smiles and compliments, so I was left disappointed by their tone and attitude. $111 for short shellac!!! No manicure, no chrome, no diamantes, no design, no extensions - just a fade![photos: what I showed and asked for vs what I got]

We did travel 1 & 1/2 hours and was worth it. Me and my daughter had a manicure and pedicure/ shellac nail today, we were very happy with the result The girls were nice and demonstrated love and care in the service provided. I especially love my pedicure, it was done beyond my expectation, thank you

I have visited this salon a number of times now. Every time I’m blown away by the quality of my nails and the attentive service of all the technicians. They are friendly, as well as incredibly hard working! Have been there at times when they were quiet and in the middle of a rush, on all occasions my nails were finished to perfection. Can’t recommend the salon enough.

Went to this place as this was very close to the hotel nearby. Almost immediately the service I recieved was friendly and warm. I'm incredibly happy with the work recieved and the overall warmth from all of the staff for a manicure and shellac. I went in during quiet hours (around 3 to 4) and we were the only ones in the salon. So I think this is the best time to come in to beat the rush and get a focused service.
