They are NOT closing, nor having any sales. Don’t let the thousands of SALE SALE SALE signs fool you. Overpriced and poor quality. You’ll get much better products at better prices at target, Kmart, and even Myers.

Staff member shona was extremely rude and condescending when i was buying a new baking tray. I didn’t know what heat level a baking dish was capable of taking so i stated what i had been doing. she started snarkily commenting as though i should know this and have done a cheffing course. Id love to see her ask about car advice and get laughed at for not knowing something. Sorry not everyone is a qualified chef.0/10 dont recommend. Rude and nasty.

Big thank you to Kellie at Robins Kitchen Cairns Central for making the extra effort at close of business on a Sunday. Made sure I got the full discount and kept checking the click and collect system so I could get my ID3 roast and grill pan, which in my view is a great bit of gear that does the job better than I hoped. I was let out through the security doors after closing with my purchase which made my day.

Went to buy $200 worth of pots, and was told they don’t accept cash! They are a cashless company apparently. Thought Australian dollar was still legal tender. Apparently not. Oh well, will spend my money elsewhere I guess.

A hazard to walk through. No room for a pram let alone a wheel chair. Standing over boxes to get to items and staff are never helpful, they’re focusing on unpacking eye height level boxes.

Robins Kitchen is without a doubt one of the most overly priced ridiculous places to buy cookware from. Spent over $300 on 1 of their pot sets with a life time warranty" (aswell as recommended cleaning aids)

Finest Japanese steal my arse.. spent 600 or more on knives there. The clever bent on first use ,chef knife on chicken bones and the sharpener failed within a week. Went to return them and was told we would get no refund from the store and to get waranty we would loose all our knives. Don't recomend buying there.
