Great customer service, did a beautiful job in removal of my acrylics and then with my mani & pedi. Took their time and outstanding end result. Also whilst I was there a lady came in who had never had their nails done and had many questions. They took the time to answer all her questions and explain the price, process and time taken. Will definitely be back.

I’ve been here about 5 times now for SNS with tips and also on my natural nails. The technicians are very gentle and polite. Their work is neat and the prices are reasonable. You can either pay in cash or do a bank transfer. I find it’s best to book ahead so you don’t have to wait long.

Worst place to get your nails done. I had an appointment and no one attended to us for 1 hour. I had another appointment to get to and obviously needed to be cancelled because they were over 1 hour late. Non apologetic and rude staff

I only ever go to this salon when I cannot get into my preferred salon but never again, my last visit was the last straw. 5 days since getting my nails done & 5 nails have now chipped/broken. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years, so I know how to look after them. The quality at Beauty Genesis gets worse & worse each time I’m there, never again.It’s also very inconvenient (& suss if you ask me) that their EPTPOS has been down for 3 years & only except cash.

The staff are friendly enough but I don't like the way they do nails. I had tips+sns 3 days before Christmas. A week later a nail came off then another a few days later. SNS was very thick and cracked. I went back today, 7th Jan to get have sns and tips removed, after 4 people attended to me all up, the 'normal' nail polish smudged and they had told me it was dry.If you want NOT so professional work done and friendly staff then go,. I can't recommend this place. Sorry, but not going back.

Worst nail salon in the world. Awful service. Unpleasant old lady did my nails and was rushed, sloppy and extremely rude. Nails were smudged and looked horrible. Save your money and go somewhere else. Very disappointed.

They done a great job & price was good expected to be dearer than it was & not alot of waiting time very nice people doing your nails will go back again

Horrible service . I went on 10th December to get my nails done . It was done so unprofessionally that I could see gaps in the nails after 2 days . I called the store on 12th December to inform about the same and asked for compensation . The person named Leon agreed to it . I even mentioned that I’m going overseas for 5 weeks and will be to come in January . Leon gave me a tentative date of 20th January, after coming back to Australia I gave them a call , Leon was not there , the store manager called me to say that they can’t fix it for free as promised by Leon as they don’t know what the issue was ( inspite of me explaining them of what happened ) also the day I went to get my nails done in December I was still given an appointment and the work wasn’t done properlyHighly dissatisfied, won’t go again and won’t recommend this place to anyone

Horrible!!!! Not only did my SNS start lifting after one week and I went back and they asked me what you do" Luke it was my fault. Then they offered to "fix it.. put another coat on top" to my horror I asked for them to remove them and walked out with horrible cuticles and destroyed peeling nails and some clear sns still attached to my nails!!!Will never go back there again!"

The management here has changed and I won’t be returning.2 weeks ago I went in for a pedicure with shellac and was left with cut toes that led to an infected ingrown toenail.Today I was lucky to even get an appointment, with only 2 girls working they were turning customers away. I now have the thickest SNS I have ever had done in my life, lady spent all of 2 minutes buffing and shaping.Was left to remove my own polish and apply my own cuticle oil and hand cream. I didn’t receive the shape I wanted despite asking her to thin them out, to which I was told I was ‘wrong’ and it wouldn’t look right when the ‘nail grew out’. I had my real nails cut and filed and then extensions put on without even being asked. I have so much powder product built up under my nail I can barely type this, but barely any glue holding the tip down to my natural nail.You should never have to spend $55 to get nails done to then have to go home and fix them yourself.
