Short but awful experience.I had to deal with Vanessa Copeland, she expressed to me with a passive agresive sense of entitlement, out of 10 emails she replied to 3.Doesn't communicate accurately or timely, is confrontational and never introduce herself or show her face in the rent inspections scheduled.About her management;-This was the first rented place where I cannot be present in my own vacate inspection out of other 4 states in Australia.-I only dealt with her for 2 months for a break of lease, and if it wasn't because the house was rented to someone I talked too i would never know is rented.-I waited for someone to repair the entrance stairs for 2 months. It didn't happen and when I asked, she said it doesn't look so bad, that it wasn't a priority.Before Nest came into the picture I had to deal with other management agency for the same house and owner through Edward Windsor for 2.5 years without problems.

I would go ZERO star if there was an option. Never let Felicity to manage your investment property! She is nasty, greedy and insincere to both landlords and tenants, seeking money from cheating ways. Both my tenants and me took deep breath to happily cease the management contract with her.

I was a tenant of this company. My property manager is Emily Green. She is so professional when I applied for, moved in and out of the rental property. She does the inspection regularly. She is so supportive when there was a repair request. In the meantime, she is so effective as a bridge between the landlord and the tenant. Her communication skill, professional and effective work are really impressive. Thank you, Emily.

The worst communication from nest property. The property agent Vanessa is always on holiday and you ask her anything she will reply after you have called them at least 6 to 7 times and many email. She did not come for house inspection for the full period of our stay and at the last day she said we broke the stuff. He had asked her multiple time to replace the lights and bed frame. To give back the bond she took 3 months and the speak very rough and rude. I have email proofs about her on these parts.Worst experience. No one should give her property to manage nor should go for rent with her.Moved out on time and hired a professional to clean, but I was still charged with the deposit because I didn't use their designated cleaning company. But the condition we got the house was not all good.

I recently purchased a new home through Jill at Nest Property. From the beginning I was impressed by her manner, professionalism and kindness. Given that all the communication, phone calls, transactions and so on took place whilst I am living in Germany, it was very re-assuring to know that I had Jill's support.
