Wow!! What an experience and a lasting first impression too. From the moment we opened the door till the last moment we said goodbye everything about Saltt is beautiful authentic and nourishes your soul. We had the ever so lovely Monique Mon" take care of us and boy did she care

This place is breathtaking. From the first moment you first walk into the door to last interaction we felt welcomed, relaxed and left refreshed.For me, it’s all about the small details and I felt that Saltt has thought it all out.We booked an infrared sauna session and were greeted by the therapist, ‘Mon’ with a smile and her energy matched the beautiful atheistic of the space.I personally loved the private change room and the private shower. The information on all the benefits of the different light settings in the sauna were very useful and to top off the experience, I enjoyed the space were you are welcome with a glass of electrolytes and are encouraged to chill out in your robes while you bring yourself, body and mind back into alignment.Will definitely come back to Saltt with my partner and would happily recommended it to

SUCH a beautiful space!!! I always feel a sense of calm & happiness there. I am very particular about where I go for sauna, & I am so lucky to have found Saltt! I won't go anywhere else, & the ladies are so kind & welcoming. I really look forward to my weekly sauna session at Saltt. I can't recommend it enough!

This space is stunning! Staff are super friendly and the overall experience is a delight. Post sauna there is a delicious natural electrolyte drink waiting for you. I added on the LED and it was the perfect ending to my experience. I felt relaxed, refreshed and my skin was glowing!

I came for an infrared sauna with my friend after GC50 running race and it was PERFECT. Beautiful decor, lovely staff and the sauna was so clean and slick. The relaxation area after was really nice to cool down with an electrolyte drink. Definitely coming back again!

I had such a amazing sauna experience at SALTT. The sauna was one of the best saunas I have ever been in with room to move and stretch while listening to my own music. The girls have paid attention to detail in every little corner of their beautiful space and makes for a very luxurious experience. Thank you, I’ll be back

Highly highly recommended wellness centre. I have always been interested about fat freezing, had tried some other places and shown no results after spending a big lumsump of money. I have a consultation with Mon. She is an amazing consultant, explains the services well, all the pre and post treatment, what to expect and the results. I'm now 4 weeks down the track, seeing result, feeling better than before, increase my self esteem/confidence and just generally healthier. I also had regular infrared sauna in conjunction with that treatment by the recommendation of Saltt. I struggle to sweat and detoxify all these years. I am now addicted to x2 weekly infrared sauna + LED after. Amazing for my physical and mental well-being. Services are amazing here. All staff are so lovely and approachable. Always leave feeling very chillax. I cannot speak highly enough of Saltt. It has change my well-being for the last 2 months since I started coming here.
