Guardian Childcare & Education Clayfield

The noise level from children & toddlers crying, fighting and shrieking from 7am - 6pm is distressing. Couple this with carers yelling at their charges and loud music ... think baby shark on repeat is depressing.The position of this childcare should be questioned in a high density area (see media history from residents about noise complaints)Parents - when searching for childcare, go talk to the neighbours or the shops next door. I assure you we are all hanging out for 6pm and the weekendsHappy children playing is a good thing! It doesn't sound that happy for the kids interned in this childcare centre.

Making the move the guardian has been such a positive experience for our family. The level of care, organisation and overall communication has put our mind at ease knowing that our daughter is getting the best care possible.Positives:- The communication from management is superb, but also the communication through the story park app from the in room staff is so appreciated. I love knowing what activities happened that day, what the food was and how she slept.- The care shown by the educators, especially at difficult drop offs is really reassuring.- The change in behaviour and happiness of my daughter speaks more than words. We've noticed a massive improvement in her emotions and I feel like this is due to the level of care she is receiving.I'd highly recommend this daycare to friends and family based on this experience so far.

Inclusive and supportive with a fabulous kindy program. What an absolute blessing it was to find this centre. After changing centres several times, we finally found a childcare where we were supported. My son felt safe and built solid relationships with staff all throughout the centre. We really felt all aspects of being, belonging and becoming. The gratitude I feel towards the staff at Guardian in Clayfield is more than I could ever find words to express. Thank you to all of the educators and management for working with me and my beautiful little Beau. Although our time there was short the impact is long lasting and ensured a smooth transition for us to school.

Our daughter who is 2yrs5mth has attended here since she was 7mths and the educators have been just excellent. She continues to learn so much and absolutely loves her days here. We know when we send our new son later this year he’ll be in excellent care!

I cannot recommend this Centre enough! My daughter attended here for 3 years and the love and care they had for her was amazing. The educators are incredible at building relationships with families and teaching little ones everything they need to know. My youngest just started last month and the transition has been so smooth and easy. Every time we arrive we are welcomed with smiles from every educator and Courtney M has made us feel so comfortable leaving our daughter there. What makes a Centre is the team - and Clayfield have something beautiful here. Special shout out to Hayley, Raegan, Brock, Vi, Kei, Courtney, Emily, Ash, Sunhee and Fan - all of whom have made the last 3 years so wonderful for my babies!

Guardian Clayfield is a fantastic daycare facility- with an excellent outdoor play area. The educators are always friendly, welcoming and provide regular updates daily. My son who attends loves it and the staff so much he requests to go there on the weekend. Great food, always new displays and activities set up for the kids. Highly recommended.

Can't fault them at all, Jake the chef makes amazing meals for the kids, the Educators(Emily, Both Courtney's, Ash, Brock; to name a few) love the children like they're their own and the space is always clean and open.

This was my family's goto daycare for awhile but unfortunately my son's clothing would not be returned including a lot of his shoes and school bag as well as hats and water bottles not being returned. and every time we would goto pick him up all the children would be outside til closing time 6:30pm in the dark and cold with nothing warm on and all the children would be cold sick and crying to go back inside and ignored by the educators my son learnt more at home then he did at this daycare. All the children and babies always looked so depressed when I'd come every afternoon to pick my son up and they'd be neglected please be wary of the daycares you put your children in!

All of the educators are so supportive and lovely to deal with on a daily basis, providing great feedback and updates through Storypark and upon pick up. They do a fantastic job, and our 2 boys enjoy their time there. Thank you!

Amazing staff all around. My son is thriving and absolutely loves his daycare. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. Nothing but great experiences!
