Very unprofessional agency run by people who don't respect labour rights, are ignorant and have no customer service orientation at all. They employ cheap translators on a freelance basis for poor quality translations. Extremely rude on the phone. Avoid and contact reputable global professional translating services instead.

Wow! I am updating my resume and googled Fullerton to check their address. I was surprised to read the negative reviews. I have worked for them for 2 years (Brazilian Portuguese) and it was an excellent experience. They are organized, ethical and payment was very good, especially regarding overtime and additional minutes. And I am no cheap translator"...I wonder if they have a new management
