Absolutely amazing service with sonographer Ally!!! Needs a raise. She is so patient and beautiful customer service. I really appreciate her. Also the girls at the front desk were super lovely. Thank you!

I can’t recommend the Wynnum branch of QLD x-ray highly enough. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me when my appointment at another clinic was cancelled by the provider at the last minute and I needed a specific scan that day. They helped calm me when I was distressed, found me an appointment that day, and then fit me in the following week when I had to come back again. The genuinely wonderful service provided by the administration staff and the clinical staff is second to none. I won’t go anywhere else from now on.

I attended Qld X-ray Wynnum for spine MRI on Friday. The booking and the process were very good. However, the receptionist asked “when is your GP appointment?” I answered “Tuesday afternoon” she said, that shouldn’t be a problem as we will get the report done/ sent to your GP on Monday morning. It is now Tuesday afternoon and they haven’t yet sent the report… While the “verbal promise” does not make any commitment, the Google review may help people to feel more “responsible”…

Friendly and polite services from the receptionist to the ultrasound technician/specialist. Karen is an amazingly kind and patient person and she makes a potentially awkward and embarrassing procedure really comfortable and bearable. Thank you so much.

I had a MRI booked for my brain, i was quite anxious, the rude receptionist left us standing for around 6 minutes and that is along time when they are not looking after anyone , she spoke to me like she was reading a script, no empathy at all, she was rude, but inside the 2 ladies that looked after me with the MRI were brilliant, beautiful, i nearly had a panic attack but they helped me through it but unfortunately when i left those ladies i had to stand leaning against a wall as i was feeling overwhelmed and dizzy waiting for the rude receptionist for about another 4 minutes, no one at the desk, she is a woman that should not be working in this field, its a shame she as the receptionist is the face if those beautiful ladies behind that rude receptionist at the desk . Need to go
