HOTWORX South Yarra - 24/7 Infrared Fitness Studio

I’ve just joined up with Hotworx and I love it. All the staff I have dealt with so far (Daniel, Mikaela, Tessel and Laura) have been friendly, engaging, welcoming and knowledgeable.They have all created a fabulous vibe and atmosphere.I’ve use the Hot Cycle and Hot Blast studios and enjoyed them both. After just 15 minutes you feel like you’ve had a huge workout.I’d highly recommend this to anyone who’s looking to get a tough workout.

The vibe in the studio is incredible (the opposite of intimidating gyms) all of the staff are so incredibly supportive and friendly, always up for a chat and laugh without hovering. Feels more like a family than a gym. As for the workouts, they’re amazing. The video instructors are great and the individual saunas make for a comfortable workout without feeling watched by creepy gym dudes. 10/10 recommend.

Obsessed with this gym! Workouts are anywhere between 15 and 45 minutes so it’s great for those trying to fit workouts into a busy schedule. Because of the saunas you are always getting your sweat on and feeling great post work out, and it’s far cheaper than most other gyms I’ve looked at. There is also a weights section where you can do your own thing or there are videos with workout ideas you can follow. Staff are lovely and always willing to help!

Absolutely 10/10 for me – I’m obsessed!Exercises:Fantastic variety of exercises! I never feel bored and have even done a couple of exercises back to back. I really enjoy that you are guided by a virtual instructor allowing you to go at your own pace when required, but also feeling really motivated to get better every time.Facilities:The facilities are super clean. I think where a gym takes pride in their cleanliness, especially in this environment, it makes me want to go more.Staff:The staff here are the absolute best and one of the reasons I love this place! Always happy and greeting with you a smile and a chat, really engaging and provide really practical tips. I genuinely love going here to see them all – Daniel and Mikaela are rock stars. My father passed away as I was joining and they were so incredibly caring and kind to me – which really made me feel like I wasn’t just a number.. it’s like a little family! Their customer service is second to none.In the last month, I’ve started to have compliments about how clear my skin is, and I’ve also noticed a change in my body – love this place and highly recommend.

I love this concept. For me I supplement my training program with sessions in the IR saunas and I’m really enjoying it. I always feel good after a hotworx workout. I can feel the sweat detoxing my skin and the calorie burn is definitely higher in the heat. So easy to book and rock up whenever I feel like some yoga or a spin on the bike. The service is also great with friendly knowledgable staff right there in the studio.

Fantastic gym. Friendly, supportive and motivating staff - particular shout out to Laura who is just ace!I was initially dubious about the infrared sauna element of the workout, but after a couple of months I can say with confidence that it has definitely made a BIG difference to my overall exercising experience.Well worth the very reasonably priced weekly membership.

I love this place, you get an entire infra- red sauna all to yourself most of the time. It is super clean, the staff are friendly and honestly its the best thing you can do for yourself and your body. Try it today!

Love the versatility of training options here; weights, HIIT, isometric and stretching plus the benefits of infrared sauna all in one membership. Incredibly good value, 24/7 access, and great customer service/team. Exactly what I was looking for in my postpartum return to training. Feeling great inside and out!

I joined HOTWORX 1 month trial and absolutely loved it, so have now continued a membership. I feel incredible after my workouts and so does my skin. Highly recommend!! Staff are also so lovely and helpful
