My wife and I, went in to carpet call Preston a few weeks ago to see the rage of carpet they have, Vinny spoke to us and showed us what best suited our lifestyle. We said we will be back when the time was ready. Yesterday 1/5/22 we went to go visit the store again and organised a time the same day, Vinny came the same day and explained everything to us. Vinny presented himself in a respectable way from the minute he walked into our home. He also gave us an excellent price. Vinny was professional,Well done and thank youRegards

26/09/2022 Preston Carpet Call staff are friendly and helpful. Michael is very knowledgeable about their products and pricing and gave me practical advice. I've decided to buy the carpet there, after much research of different carpets from different shops. Michael had the invoice and the arrangement for installation done in a very efficient manner.24/09/2022 Blinds sales rep Eric was friendly and knowledgeable and gave very practical advice. He went out of his way to help, so even though I could not be there when he did the site visit, I was very well informed of what was going on. He also gave me a good discount. Much appreciated.

You really need to go and touch a rug before buying. I could not be happier with my new lounge rug. I looked online for so long but you just cannot tell the quality or colours online. This rug has lifted my lounge to a whole new level. Jonny (sorry if spelling is wrong) was so helpful. I needed a really big rug and he offered to get 2 rugs stitched together. The join is invisible. The delivery guy was lovely. Ended up being much better price than ones I was looking at online.

My brother recommended jay from carpet call and im glad he did, very knowledgeable and helped navigate the massive variety they had to make the whole process simple and straightforward. I went to one of the competitors the week prior and got confused and all different pricing thrown at me doesnt help. The boys at carpet call and specifically jay are amazing and i would honestly recommend them to everyone

Bought a gorgeous Belgium made, New Zealand wool carpet rug this weekend. As this was quite a quick but pricey purchase, I was unsure of my decision. Johnny at Preston was excellent, no pressure sales person to deal with and assured me I could exchange it if I got it wrong. They have a great range compared to other places I’ve looked. Turns out the carpet goes perfectly. Very pleased with the quality and it really lifts the look of the room. It also helped that it was 50% of its original price. Very pleased.

Needed a rug and went to Carpet Call Preston, good choice on my end. Left with a beautiful Turkish rug, the team was very helpful, patient and happy to help. This turned into new carpets in the bedroom a week later thanks to Gianni. HIs service was on point, informative, thorough, very professional. Highly recommend
