Today was my first visit to Frank Salon - I was taken care of by Ross Tyson.I've been using home dye kits for the last 3 years. I went to the salon today because I was concerned that my hair was looking dull. I'm the sort of client that never makes enough time to tame my hair - 30 mins into an appointment and I am usually itching to get my cape off and leave the salon. But that wasn't my experience today. I felt at ease, relaxed and more importantly, I felt wanted and welcome.I was impressed with how thoroughly professional Ross' service was. He is deeply knowledgeable and experienced. He has curated a very thoughtful range of products and treatments and my root colour processing time was quick as a result of his product choice. Normally I get a little discomfort on my scalp after colouring it, but I didn't get any reaction today. I'm very happy with the colour too.Ross' styling tips for low maintenance tresses were brilliant. I received compliments from my family and friends for the natural look he gave me today - he showed me techniques I hadn't seen before to take advantage of my own waves and curls.Pleased to report a very comfy set up at the wash basin - they've invested in great, ergonomic chairs. I felt like I received luxury service at a very reasonable and competitive price.Thank you so much for your time today Ross and for the lovely experience. You're all kinds of awesome!

Aaron is an absolute gem. I have never had a hairdresser with such a charming manner and the skill to back it up. I’m definitely gonna become a regular here.
