I had a great experience. I needed to learn how to change my guitar string and the man at the front helped me straight away, with a straight forward and easy to follow demonstration. Every thing was very cheap compared to other music stores and was greatly laid out. This is how you run a store!

Decent range. All the most interesting instruments on display aren't for sale, which makes all the Squiers and Fender Player series guitars look a bit pedestrian. Definitely a good shop though, will get the job done

Technician did a good job at recarving my saddle, but they restrung the E and A string backwards. Everyone's done it once, I'm sure they would have corrected the mistake if I noticed on pickup. Otherwise, reasonable cost and turnaround.
