Ultra Tune Hastings
Took my car in to see why my power steering wasn’t working, and they quoted me two grand to replace my power steering rack and power steering pump. Took it to a local mechanics and they said it was the steering belt and paid $100 to get it fixed and it was done. There have been numerous occasions where UltraTunes have quoted thousands over the price of what the parts are with labour. Very annoyed and disappointed trying to be ripped off like this.

LET DOWN AGAIN!. Did the full 60k service as per book. Cheaper than Ford who by the way left one of these bolts off last time!!! Obviously rushed it because 2 bolts holding the bash plates on are missing. Only driven on blacktop. I had checked them only a few days prior for our under car checks. You just can't trust anyone anymore! The rest of the service was clean and neat.Contacted them and they said they will organize a check by another Ultra Tune as we are too far from them, to order and replace at their cost. At least they honoured the mistake unlike the last Ford dealer!

Thank you SO VERY MUCH to Kenny and the team, for organizing and replacing my windscreen on my poor old car!! From the moment I walked in a few days ago they were friendly, helpful, and had a price ready to go within 5mins. They patiently waited for me as I walked back to collect my car. Outstanding service and thank you so very much the the roadside assist...I wasn't expecting that at all, new windscreen and security too. You guys and gals are legends!!
