7-Eleven Pendle Hill

Been living in Pendle hill area since 2019. 3 years and I avoid this petrol station because half their pumps are out of order all the time. When U go into the store desperately to buy stuffs at night after 10 pm, the staffs are either lost inside or never have the urgency of serving the customers who r waiting outside.. I have experienced at least more than 10 customers outside the store waiting one time and the staff inside never attended them.. I have tried my best to avoid going here and eventuality I will never go here..It's not about hygiene or customer service, I wish they take the initiative of serving customers when they want any items or fuel.

Rude staff on Saturday overnight. Why does 7 Eleven hire such a rude staff here? Just fire him as soon as possible. He has no idea how to treat a customer. He was so rude to me for asking a coffee. No experience in customer service skills. Teach him how to behave properly.

Female staff very inexperienced. Didn't have a clue of what she was saying. Need to teach her to read the fine prints of the product being offered. Need to listen to customer's explanation rather than insisting she was right. 12 assorted krispy kreme doughnuts for $23. Written there clearly. $3.50 doughnuts not part of the offer, has to be charged individually. That's the fine print written. No writing about 12 mix assorted = 5 assorted + 7 glazed. Manager stood there playing with his mobile phone rather than assisting his staff. Very poor service overall.

The female staff is very rude in the morning. Not exactly you would Expect service to the customer to be that way. No smile and not very helpful. Save your time and get what you need and get off from the place as soon as you can.

Very poor hygiene.When asked for an empty large box for krispy kreme donuts, the worker there gave me one from the back but it had ants crawling all inside.Serving tongs for the donut looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks.

Very bad customer service... No time to greet the customer . No thankyou and no bye... She is on phone.. very rude service... Not acceptable on customer service desk.. Never going there again..

I don’t know how this store is still trading as a big franchise.smells really bad inside coffee machine are filthy I could give a 0 for hygiene

Chandra, the young man who was working there at 4:30am on Tuesday the 27th of July 2021 was polite and well spoken and provided excellent customer service. Management might wanna consider passing on this feedback and perhaps reward him for doing a good job.

Good prices and quality fuel. Pity about the customer service. The male service attendant doesn't even greet you, yet when a female customer is behind you, he comes alive, how are you."
