13 dollars for a side that is actually less than 4 mouthfuls. Same goes for the other sides. You get tiny paper bags with barely anything in them, comparable to a small macdonalds fries.

Not a bad burger joint. The burgers are made well enough, but traditionalists may notice the lack of a toasted bun.The service is fine, however I noticed that my burger sat on the serving area for some time before being delivered, but this may be an anomaly in that moment. Conversely, my plate removed seconds after completing the meal.The onion rings were pretty fresh, but not made for my specific order, I believe. The burger was slightly under-seasoned and I noticed that no table in the restaurant had salt or pepper for use.Prices are fair and there is a decent selection of alcohol too.

Delivered by door dash ages after we ordered. Food squashed, cold and inedible. Store refused to take any responsibility at all or to replace our food. $70 order of inedible garbage and no food for the family to eat. Will NEVER order from here again. I might add have been ordering here for years. But the recent ordering and delivery service change is absolutely useless. This food is not just cold (could be re-heated though shouldn't have to) it is soggy and squashed beyond belief.

This place is very poor value IMO.$15 for a burger alone which is TINY.4 people eating simple burgers and shared fries will cost you close to $100 and the burgers are sub-par.

They let you order tap beer (for extra) from the QR code but don't actually sell it, disappointing that I could've paid less and got the same bottled beer

Order on uber eats and my burger was missing. Took forever to come aswell and the fries were cold. The bag wasn't open so it's definitely the place that forgot to put my burger in the bag

Great burgers!! Sorry no picture of the burger. Devoured it before as soon as it hit the table. We came here during lunch on a weekday and it wasn't crowded. There's a great selection of burgers and the very occasional funky ones on their specials menu.

Had a Burge UrgeBeef, bacon & cheese burger.Was cooked and seasoned perfectly.Order came out in only 8 minutes.Fries were a good portioned and seasoning very hasty.I'll be back!!.

Orders from this store have always been fantastic. But the last couple of ordesr the cauliflower bites (my favourite item) have all been tiny pieces of cauliflower. Please make them decent sized pieces again or it just tastes like batter and ruins the whole point.

1 - hey head office of Burger Urge, it is super unclear online that most of your ‘plant based’ burgers are straight up not vegan. That sucks.2 - thank you SO much to the super kind staff there tonight who’d seen I’d selected vegan aioli online and waited til I was there in person to check whether I needed the rest of the burger to be vegan! Really appreciate the care.
