I had an issue with a product which I had to return jane was awesome friendly and professional .great to see new staff and the Cannington store that have good customer service and go out of their way to help.

Really good store. A range of products across boating and camping. Easy parking too.

Whoever runs this business needs to know what is going on in their Cannington store.My husband and I visited on Sunday 22 May at around noon. We are a mature age couple who have held senior management positions in our respective professions.Two young men were behind the store counter and when we entered-no one acknowledged us or asked if they could assist. As we scoured the store neither assistant left the counter and watching them we concluded they were looking at the internet. I confirmed this by approaching counter and making a comment to that effect. The comment fell on deaf ears.Customer service was finally delivered by a third young male who did his best but had limited knowledge of products.

I’ve been to this store many times and bought items and I have been very happy with the service each time. There is such a great range of products and I’ve found what ive been looking for each time.

Called in to buy an electrical lead and received service way beyond expectations. Dave and Jamie were both friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Great service!

The lady on staff was really helpful and friendly when we were trying to obtain quite a few caravan parts. She was very knowledgeable as well when we asked about a possible gas pipe leak, gave good advice and was very helpful. We definitely received great service with a smile. I highly recommend.

Some good equipment and the staff were helpful. However listening to younger staff discussing their previous nights escapades in detail and language unsuited for younger ears was disappointing. Im not against banter, but, in a store where kids walk around it didn't seem very professional.
