The location, though far, was accurate. The staff is good. Did not have to wait at all. Got what I needed.Picked up some cardboard boxes for packing non food items. They were good

The lady who answered the phone, believe her name was Alina (?) was very rude and unhelpful based on my urgent circumstances of needing to purchase packaging equipment due to shortage, and the time spent showing up to the warehouse hoping to get help and see the products before buying but she was not keen to help whatsoever.

Terrible customer service. The delivery was days late (apparently the delivery date you select during checkout means nothing). The delivery was missing items. The customer service staff were rude, condescending and incompetent.

Got there and there was a notice on office door saying to call phone line for orders or enquires. Called 4 times and everytime it said phone was switched off, at 2 pm and a big business phone number !!I could't make an order anyway I tried.Really bad customer service

I’ve never met a store more stupid than this before. They have fake prices online and refuse orders if you don’t buy more. When I ask why they are charging differently to their site they blame IT for the mistake. Bad business

Fantastic packaging prices and quality. As of late the new rules and MOQ make it a little less appealing to buy from here but the box quality is second to none. The service is good and Jennifer is working hard behind the counter to make things work.

Visy boxes and more" is the leading supplier of packing materials and removals supply in Sydney.As a furniture removalist I use Visy boxes and more for all my packing materials and removals accessories. Their products are undeniably the best in my opinion and I would happily change my review to 5* if a few changes in the ordering / delivery system was improved somewhat.To be honest I found it a lot easier when they also operated the Matraville location - Dave was a legend
